BEVA Autopen — Privacy Policy

BEVA Autopen is an internal Chrome extension used by BEVA Homes team members to prepare real estate contracts.

What the extension does with data

When a team member clicks a capture button, the extension reads property details (such as address, owner name, legal description, and listing agent contact information) from the ReSimpli and MLS Matrix pages that the team member has open, and any details the team member types into the form (such as price and their own contact information). When the team member clicks "Create contract," this information is sent over an encrypted connection to our company's contract service, which creates a draft contract in our e-signature platform (Documenso).

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
• We do not use the data for advertising, analytics, or tracking.
• We do not collect browsing history; the extension only reads the two work pages above, and only when a capture button is clicked.

Storage

Form data is stored locally in the team member's browser while a contract is being prepared and can be cleared at any time with the "Clear form" button. Created contracts are stored in our Documenso account, where they are part of normal business records.
